  丁师杰,女,1966年3月出生,博士,教授,硕导,高分子合成方向带头人,从事功能高分子合成与应用方面的研究工作。2006年5月毕业于美国怀俄明大学化学工程与石油工程系,获博士学位。2006年7月至2009年12月,于密西西比州立大学化学工程学院进行博士后研究工作。2010年3月来淮阴工学院江苏省凹土资源利用重点实验室工作,同年9月破格晋升为教授。

  攻读博士学位及博士后工作期间,一直从事活性自由基聚合方面的研究工作,并主持与承担过美国怀俄明州政府、密西西比州政府、美国能源部、美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)等机构所资助的科研项目,积累了丰富的研发经验。近年来在国际一流学术期刊 Progress in Polymer Science, Macromolecules, Macromolecular Rapid Communication, Journal of Polymer Science, Part A: Polymer Chemistry(影响因子分别为23.753, 4.539, 4.263, 3.971)等共发表学术论文约二十余篇,被国际同行引用近270次;其中参与撰写的Catalyst Separation in Atom Transfer Polymerization一文被评为ScienceDirect TOP25 Hottest Articles。

  目前主持“叔氨基(甲基)丙烯酸酯系列聚合物刷pH响应行为的研究”(2012-2015,Grant No.21174046)国家自然科学基金项目。
